I would like to give a shout out to Mel Thomas and also a gentlemen named Michael. These 2 employees have gone above and beyond for my vehicle. I am so pleased that I purchased my car from Carmax. They stand true to their word on the 90 day warranty. Everything was granted. Sadly, I find it's hard to receive great service these days and these 2 men proved it's still out there! Great job!!

Recently purchased a car from Carmax and was pleasantly surprised. Our salesman closed the deal though, Prince was such a great employee to work with. Answered all our questions, found the answer if he didn't know, and was honest, which you can't always find within car sales. My husband (who is also in sales) and I were very happy with our experience! If you head in to CarMax, definitely ask for Prince!

The buying process was easy and quick. I did however have a bit of money owed to me that no one at the store knew where it was. I ended up having to call corporate and have them investigate. They immediately overnighted the check to me. I am hoping it was just an oversight and not intentional. Pay attention if you are trading in a car.
